NEXUS Association of REALTORS® services over 5,000 members in Burlington, Camden and Ocean counties. We strive to keep members updated and help them build a successful business, with the latest in technology, education, resources and governance.

To join NEXUS, please click here. You will find applications for both REALTORS® and Affiliate members.Typically applications are processed within 3 days. You will receive an email once the application has been processed with your next steps for membership.

If you wish to be a REALTOR® and get all of the membership benefits, you have to join the local, state and national associations. Your broker must also be a REALTOR® in order for you to become a member.

No. NEXUS and Bright MLS are completely separate. You can join the MLS once you send in your application to NEXUS.

You can lease the Supra through NEXUS. Once you have applied for membership you can get a Supra. Note: Keys are also available for non-NEXUS members. A letter of Good Standing is required from your Primary board.

Yes. You can join as a Secondary member to acccess additional NEXUS benefits, such as our Forms Library.

Dues are annual. We split our billing in two. The first invoice for the following year comes out in July or August. You are invited to take advantage of a early pay discount up until the deadline approved. The second notice for State and National dues is billed in October or November. All invoices are due by January 1 of the following year.

NRDS is your National REALTOR® Database System ID #. Once you join you are given this 9-digit number to use for membership resources, event/class discounts, etc. Need to locate your NRDS?
