New Jersey Real Estate: 3 Ethics Credits
This course covers the REALTOR Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS in its entirety. Students will learn about the Preamble to the Code, the 17 Articles of the Code and their respective Standards of Practice, as well as the Pathways to Professionalism.
DESCRIPTION: Upon completion of this course, attendees will have gained additional knowledge that is NJ specific on a variety of regulatory topics that will give them an in depth review of the laws and rules that regulate the way business should be conducted in New Jersey. Knowledge in the areas we believe will help reduce the risk of licensees falling into areas of non-compliance.
Agency relationships are the cornerstone of our business, whether it’s the relationship with our Broker, Seller, Buyer, disclosed dual agent, transaction broker. All agency relationships will be discussed. “CIS” requirements when and how should it be presented to the consumer? What are our fiduciary responsibilities?
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Keep in mind that CE credits will not be given to anyone who arrives more than 10 minutes late. (As per NJREC regulations)
